The theme of this spring's conference is What’s Your Lens?

What perspectives do you bring to experiential education? How does this impact your practice?

The ‘lens’ of this year’s conference encourages us to Sharpen the Focus: examining our work, deepening our practice, and honing in on what we do best.

It also challenges us to explore A Wider View on what ‘experiential’ can be. How can we better integrate experiential learning into the classroom, the art studio, the boardroom, and elsewhere?

We encourage you to reflect on your ‘lens’: where we’ve come from and where we might go. Take full advantage of the conference to learn new ideas, gain new skills, make new friends and contacts, and discover something new.

The theme What’s Your Lens? sets the stage for the workshop proposals. Use it and the subthemes of Sharpen the Focus and A Wider View to develop exciting and creative workshops. As a presenter what perspectives can you bring to conference participants? I look forward to seeing workshop proposals from first-time, seasoned, and student presenters from the Northeast region.
