Wiggins & Mark Cavendish for a ride with a difference. With a plan
to push the limits of road biking as far as his lycra legs would dare,
Martyn looked to get his ultimate ride out of the awesome Pinarello
Dogma 2. This bike won the 2012 Tour de France - surely it deserves a
Road Bike Party!

Shot in various locations around the UK and
featuring music from 'Sound of Guns'. Road Bike Party captures some of
the toughest stunts ever pulled on a carbon road bike.

A Film by Robin Kitchin

Produced by Ashton Bikes

Chris Akrigg - The Turning Point

To check that your bike is the right size for your legs, straddle the bike: You want about an inch clearance above the frame. To check the seat height: get on while a friend holds the frame steady—you want your leg about 90% extended (still slightly bent). The seat can also move forward or back; when your pedal is all the way up, you want that bent leg vertical so that your knee is over the ball of your foot. The bike fits your torso when your back is at a 45-degree angle and your arms are somewhat bent; you may need to change the handlebar stem out for a longer or shorter one to get the right torso length.

Mountain Biking: Steep Terrain

This brief instructional video from http://www.Bikeskills.com will help you master steep terrain.
