How to Fulfill your Outdoor Ed Store Order
Order Confirmation Page and Email
After completing Check Out on the Store you'll be on the Order Confirmation
Page. At the top you'll see the Fulfill Your Order section with the list of
items that you ordered along with the Quantity Available. If you still have
postings available you'll see a Login and Post button. Click on the Login and Post button and it will automatically take you to the Login page where you can
submit your posting.
If you've exited from the Store you can always log back in with your Store Login and you see a list of your Store orders. Click the Details button to bring you back to this page.
Submitting a Banner Ad
To submit your Banner Ad click the Submit Posting link as shown above and you'll be transferred to the Banner Ad Login Page shown below. Simply click the Login button and you'll be transferred to the Banner Ad page.

On the Banner Ad page you have the option of submitting a graphic ad or a floating text banner depending on what type of ad you purchased.
Submitting a Graphic Banner Ad
Enter your name and email address, select the size of ad that you purchased and the graphics format your ad is in. Then click the browse button to locate the graphic on your computer. Enter any additional information on your ad and press the Submit your Ad button. Your ad will be emailed to us and a copy of the email will be sent to you. We will review your graphic ad to make sure that it is in one of the accepted formats (JPG, GIF, or SWF), that it is the correct size, and that it will display properly. We will email you when you ad campaign begins running.
Submitting a Floating Banner Ad
Floating Banner Ads are straight HTML text ads that appear in a floating window. TO submit your Floating Text Ad click on the appropriate link on the Banner Ad page. Then on the form enter your name, email address, and your company name. Then using our Rich Text Editor you can enter your text ad. You can either cut and paste from Microsoft Word directly into the Editor or type and format using the toolbar. When you are finished click Submit your Ad. The complete HTML text will be emailed to us. Your ad will be emailed to us and a copy of the email will be sent to you. We will review your texty ad to make sure that it meets our editorial standards. We will email you when you ad campaign begins running.
Log Out
When you have completed submitted all of your order you are automatically logged out.
Accessing Your Order from the Confirming Email
Another way of fulfilling your posting is if you click on the Login and Post link in your Order Confirmation Email it will being you to this page. Click on the Login and Post button to take you to the Login Page for that part of your order as shown above (there is a different Job Login Page, Company Profile Login page, etc.). You can also see when this order expires and how many days left you have to use the order without having to Log back in to the Store.
