• Just like GOOGLE we ramp out new features as fast as we can build them. Try out our new Apply Online Feature. If you check the Apply Online button on your Job Posting, you create a button on your Job page that allows a prospective applicant to email their formatted resume directly to you! You get an immediate response to your posting while it's fresh in the mind of prospective staff. Our HTML formatted email means not having to worry about opening an attached Word document from someone you don't know. It's the fastest way to go from your online posting to new staff hires.
• To to upgrade your current postings to Apply Online go in to Edit your Postings and check the Apply Online box. (You must already have a direct Job Email address in your posting for this to work. If you don't, go into the Edit Details page and add a Job Email.)
• Changes to Job Starting Date and Application Closing Date for Jobs: To give you more flexibility in your Job Description we've changed these fields to text instead of dates. Now you can list either a specific date for the Job Start or add your own descriptive text like "When filled."

• Other Jobs from Your Company: If you have multiple job listings and a job seeker finds one, they can immediately click to see any other positions you have.
• Easy Posting: Posting a position is easy. Once you have entered a company profile you log in and can enter the details of multiple jobs. Job Postings are active for 60 days and can be renewed easily. If you job fills early you can easily remove it from the visible listing but still keep it in the Jobs database for up to a year to reactivate at any time.
• Room to Say What you Need to Say: Don't get caught up by the text limits on some job newsletters or sites. With the range of fields and the large size of our database you can describe your job in a detailed way that attracts future staff.
• Printing Job Postings: On other sites it is difficult to print your job posting. Users can't print up a single job posting that is clumped on one page with lots of other postings. The Job Details page provides a Printer Friendly version of your page so that users can easily print out your job listing.
• Immediate Access to your Site: From the Job Details page users can jump to a page with your company details, send email directly to your company, and jump directly to your Web site for more information.
• Detailed Company Profile: Your company profile page allows you to store more detailed information about your company or organization than other sites. Users can email the complete link for your Job Detail or company profile to someone they think would be interested to spread the word to other people. The recipient can click on the link in the email message and go directly to your job posting. Try it by clicking on the Send to Friend link below and email this page to a friend or back to yourself.
• Email Protection: Like everyone else we hate spammers so we encode your email address on the Web page so it can't be harvested by spambots. People can still email you, but robots won't be sending you Texas Poker emails.
