Assistant Program Director-Outdoor Adventure
The Department of Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness at the University of Southern Indiana, invites applications for an Assistant Program Director-Outdoor Adventure in Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness to begin in July, 2012.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree (Master Preferred) in Recreation or related field. Two years' experience in Climbing Facility, Outdoor Adventure programs and leading trips required. Advanced Wilderness First Aid, CPR, and Wilderness First Responder certification preferred. Responsibilities will include the development, implementation and evaluation of the operations of the climbing wall and bouldering areas; development and implementation of safe and sound Risk Management procedures for the operation of the Climbing facility and Outdoor Adventure programs; overseeing Outdoor Adventure equipment check-out, inventory and care. This position will assist and supervise activities for the Department of Recreation, Fitness and Wellness as needed.
