Instructions:

  • Drag "balls" into the Hazard "containers" (Environment, Equipment, or People). Then click inside the Hazard "container" to make the Risk Level increase.
  • Drag "balls" into the Safety "containers" (Environment, Equipment, or People). Then click on the green "balance plate" on the Safety side to make the Risk Level decrease.
  • Click the Reset button at the bottom to reset the Risk Level to the bottom. To Reset all the balls, drag them back to their positions or reload the page.
