Outdoor Education Wikis
The Outdoor Ed Community is the fastest growing online resource for outdoor professionals like you that's why thousands of people use the site every day. Along with the Outdoor Education Library and Video Section we are pleased to open the Outdoor Education Wiki. Like all Wikis this portal is designed for you to be able to add new Wiki articles and edit current articles. This is a unique opportunity for the outdoor education community to build resources for all of us.
We are also moving all of the Outdoor Ed Articles to the Wiki to allow people to search for topics more easily. Pages in the Article Section are submitted by specific authors as standalone works and cannot be edited by community members. All other Wiki articles are editable and are published under the Creative Commons 3.0 license for public access. Make sure that you are posting material that you either have the rights to publish or is in public domain.
- Overview of the Outdoor Education Wiki
- To Add a Wiki Page go to the appropriate Wiki Section and click the Add Page link. User the Editor to post your article.
- To Edit a Wiki Page go to that page and click the Edit Tab.
- If your Wiki Page doesn't fit within a current Section or Chapter, Email Us requesting that we add a New Section or New Chapter Page. All Wiki Pages must be filed under the correct Section and Chapter. That will help us maintain a logical organization structure and help others locate your material easily.
- If you want to add a more formal article or research paper where it's not appropriate to allow other people to edit the article then Email Us about adding it to our Articles Section.

The Design Team has been hard at work to
bring you a whole new look at OutdoorEd.com. Cutting edge Web features and
streamlined navigation make it easy to locate the content you need. This is just the first of a whole range of new features that we've been working on for the past few months. That's why
tens of thousands visit Outdoor Ed every month. Keep watching for upcoming announcements.
All site navigation is now handled from one navigation bar at the top of the
page. Click on any topic to access the additional dropdown menus. Let us know
what you think of our new look!

We've added another new feature here at OutdoorEd.com, your favorite outdoor education YouTube videos. We are gathering the best outdoor instructional videos from YouTube in one collection to share and learn from. Here is this week's pick. Members of the Outdoor Ed Community can upload your favorite outdoor YouTube titles to add to the video library.

We've opened the Outdoor Ed Store where you can purchase online services from Outdoor Ed including Company Profile listings, Job Postings, Training Listings, and Banner Ads. Outdoor Ed Store.

We are really excited to open the new Outdoor Ed Community section that's been in development for the past 6 months. We are bringing you state-of-the-art Web-based Discussion Forums and Blogs.
This new resource is an expanded version of other resources and a replacement for the AEELIST Experiential Education listserv which is being retired. We are really
excited about the Community and confident that the great new features, like Web-based
browsing and searching, email subscriptions to Forums and individual posts and RSS
