Ranch Intern

Job Description

The Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch Intern supports the RMPR Leadership Team with the day to day operations of the Ranch


  • Support with overall Ranch upkeep/housekeeping
  • Support with animal feedings and cleaning in the barn
  • General office support; answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling deliveries and activities
  • Serve as a Driver for 12 passenger vans; transport clients, pick up mail, run Ranch errands
  • Support Cook with meal preparation and detailing of kitchen
  • Assist in organizing weekly ordering of items needed for all departments
  • Support Students in Experiential Learning Activities and create a safe environment for them.
  • Support barn, facilities, kitchen and office departments based on needs 
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Prior Camp experience is preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record
  • Employee must pass TB test and Physical Examination
