This summer get paid to make a positive impact, develop professional skills, and have FUN! Located in the Lakes Region of southwest Maine, Fernwood Cove is a girls’ half-season overnight summer camp. We are currently hiring enthusiastic and creative young adults to work as Ropes Course instructors and camp counselors.  

Ropes Course Instructors are required to complete a week-long training conducted by an outside ACCT vendor.  Documentation of this training is provided upon successful completion.  Paid internship opportunities are available and encouraged.

Ropes Course Instructors must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment, walk 3+ miles daily, traverse uneven terrain, and lift/carry 15 lbs.  Prior experience in Ropes Course facilitation is required.  Documented training is preferred.  

Seasonal lodging, meals, and laundry service are included with all camp counselor positions.
