Job Description

This summer get paid to make a positive impact, develop professional skills, and have FUN! Located in the Lakes Region of southwest Maine, Fernwood Cove is a girls’ half-season overnight summer camp. We are currently hiring enthusiastic and creative young adults to work as Sailing instructors and camp counselors.  

Paid internship opportunities are available and encouraged.

Sailing Instructors must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment, walk 3+ miles daily, traverse uneven terrain, and lift/carry 15 lbs.  Strong inshore sailing experience is required.  Prior experience teaching/coaching sailing is preferred.  

Seasonal lodging, meals, and laundry service are included with all camp counselor positions.
