I still have a ways to go with this wrist injury, but I’m happy to be playing on rock again. After this climb, I actually took another month off because I felt my body wasn’t ready to be back on the wall yet. Now, I’m about a week into climbing again again, but this time with all my fingers! I’ve been listening to my body, playing with how much I can push my wrist, and hoping this time to make a full comeback 🙂
