This is the official New Zealand Coroner’s final report on the April 15, 2008 canyoning accident on an outdoor program in New Zealand that resulted in the deaths of six students and a teacher.This was a tragedy for all of New Zealand. The report is a reminder, and a wake-up call for all outdoor programs.
