Job Description

Experiential Systems, Inc. (ESI) is seeking installers to support our growing new installation projects in the Northeast Region

ESI serves the adventure industry by designing, installing, training, and maintaining challenge courses, aerial adventure parks, ziplines, playgrounds, water slides, and obstacle courses.​

General Purpose:

To be responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of challenge course new installations ensuring consistency with company and industry standards, company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of challenge course new installation projects.

  • Travel to job sites to fulfill new installation contracts as per project timelines.

  • Review and understand the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Review and understand project tasks and resource requirements.

  • Follow directions and guidance of project lead, site foreman or project manager on job site.

  • Work cooperatively with other project staff.

  • Review and understand project timelines.

  • To abide and comply with company health and safety policies including OSHA regulations.

  • Follow company policies as outlined in the employee manual.

  • Monitor other employees and report unsafe practices or behaviors.

Education and Experience:

  • Qualification in construction, maintenance, building, contractor services or related field.

  • Knowledge of basic hand tools used in construction.

  • OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.

  • Experience in the challenge course, aerial adventure park and zip line industry preferred.
