Camp Kinneret Summer Day Camp is seeking fun, caring summer staff interested in working with children between 4 and 14 years old! As a summer camp counselor, you would have the opportunity to lead a group of campers each day, helping them forge a group identity through shared experiences.

Staff ride the bus to camp each day with their campers. Buses leave from North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, West Hills, Agoura, Westlake, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, and Newbury Park. If your home is within 30 minutes of any of these locations, you can easily be a part of our program this summer.

Our child-centered program focuses on personal growth for our campers, and our Leadership Team (a group of of camp and education professionals) focuses on growth for our staff. We are looking for motivated individuals who have a desire to teach, nurture, and create lasting memories. As a staff member at Kinneret, your summer will be full of singing and activities, developing relationships with campers, and ultimately, making a difference in campers' lives. If you are looking to join a supportive and fun community, then Kinneret is the place for you!
