Risk Assessment & Safety Management: Making Program Decisions in the COVID-19 Era

Author(s): Rick Curtis
Video Release Date: April 27, 2020
Video Source: YouTube

The traditional Safety I approach to risk management focuses on what is going wrong and takes a ‘control mistakes’ approach. Safety II focuses on what is going right and works to ensure that those factors which create success are present in all programming. This webinar will focus on the Risk Assessment and Safety Management Model (RASM) through the lens of Safety I and Safety II. Many programs have big decisions to make immediately and over the next few months and being able to view those decisions through both a Safety I and Safety II lens will be critical. Presented by Rick Curtis founder of www.OutdoorEd.com & www.IncidentAnalytix.com
