This hybrid course requires home study & completion of online tests. WEMT requires current EMT certification or licensure. The practical session for this hybrid course is held alongside the Salmon River at Sweetwater Hollow in Salmon, ID.

The 2-day practical session for this hybrid recertification course is held at the North Cascades Heli Ski Barn located near the Freestone Inn in Mazama, WA. From Winthrop, follow the signs to Mazama on SR-20. The Freestone Inn is located 1.5 miles west of the Mazama Junction.

The course it taught at the Northwest Outward Bound School's (NWOBS) Odin Falls basecamp in Redmond. Odin Falls is a 48-acre property along the Deschutes River with amazing views from the lodge (classroom) deck. The property offers excellent desert, rock, and river simulation sites.
