I’m excited to share with you some of the 7 best tips, lessons and snippets of climbing advice that I’ve received from some of the amazing climbing coaches and professional climbers that I’ve been lucky enough to have worked with this year. I count myself incredibly fortunate to have spent a lot of time with some very talented professionals this year. I’ve shared lots of different perspectives and talked a lot about climbing technique and how to improve in my videos this year. To see off a whole year of sharing that wisdom, I wanted to round up my favourites. These are the most impactful lessons I’ve been taught and they’ve continued to improve my climbing throughout 2023 and will no doubt into 2024.
