Cornell Cooperative Extension is an educational not-for-profit agency, part of the Land Grant University system of Cornell University. The camp is located on the picturesque North Fork of Long Island in the town of Riverhead. The camp’s 140 acre natural environment is situated in a unique combination of woodlands, bluffs, farmland and Long Island Sound beach frontage. This 140 acre natural setting includes; 40 acre work and learn farm, indoor horse riding arena, low and high ropes course, water front for swimming and fishing, nature center housing a selection of native fish and wildlife species, extensive forest for nature study and overnight camping, baseball and soccer fields, tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball courts and open areas for sports, outdoor cooking, recreation and much more.
