Adventures Cross-Country (ARCC) has been the leading provider of Adventure Travel programs for teenagers for over 27 years. 

ARCC seeks leaders who will be a positive
influence on the participants, supporting them throughout the trip and creating
a fun, safe, educational, and supportive environment in which they can thrive.
Leaders will guide groups of up to sixteen teenagers, with a co-leader, through
rigorous adventure programs. The trips are both mentally and physically
challenging for leaders and participants, with adventures ranging from fourteen
to thirty six days in duration (twenty-four hours a day). ARCC trips fall into
one of four categories: Leadership (emphasis traditional wilderness programs),
Blue Water (emphasis on water-based activities and marine sciences), Service
(which focus on international service projects and cultural exchanges), Language
(which focus on Spanish language in Costa Rica
or Spain or French in France), and Discovery
(younger students with an emphasis on Environmental Education). Trip
destinations include: Colorado/Utah, California,
Alaska, Hawaii,
France, Greece, Italy,
Switzerland, Spain, Morocco,
Costa Rica, Belize, Peru,
Ecuador, Tahiti,
Fiji, New Zealand, Australia,
Tanzania, Zanzibar,
China, and Thailand.
