The Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston’s Camp Harbor View is a summer camp for urban youth ages 11-14. At Camp Harbor View, it’s important that every camper has the ability to experience a wide variety of activities that will allow him or her to learn and grow. That’s why campers are encouraged to make their own choices, discover their passions and be themselves while having fun. To ensure the campers receive a complete and well-rounded experience, Camp programming is based on five key areas of development:
- Leadership Development
- Knowledge Is Power
- Sports and Fitness
- The Arts
- Aquatics
In addition to classic summer camp activities such as swimming, biking, soccer, baseball, arts and crafts, basketball and tennis, each camper also experiences a wide variety of activities designed to build confidence, encourage creativity, broaden horizons, and help develop the leadership skills they need during school and life beyond.
As a Camp Harbor View camper, your days will consist of a mixture and balance of all the activities we offer, with a little time each day to practice the one you enjoy the most. The #1 rule at CHV is to HAVE FUN!
