Camp Arcadia is a residential summer camp for girls, ages 7-17. We are located in the Lakes Region of Maine and have been in operation for 93 years. Our mission is to provide girls with the chance to develop their confidence and skills by living in the outdoors.  We offer our campers 22 different activities, including hiking and canoe trips, sailing, kayaking. We have 180 campers and 80 staff, both male and female, who come from around the world. All female counselors teach an activity and live in a lodge with campers and a co-counselor. Male counselors teach an activity and help out in other ways.  We provide staff with staff training, certification training (LGT, WFA, CPR, First Aid), salary, room and board and a travel allowance.
