Camp Wesley Woods is located in the scenic Great Smoky Mountains in Townsend, Tennessee. The camp’s 710 acres include mountains with spectacular views, lush forests and beautiful wildflowers. The pristine Capshaw Branch flows through the camp into the neighboring Little River. The camp is ideally situated less than ten minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, yet just a short drive from Knoxville.
Camp Wesley Woods offers a wide range of programs to meet the needs of various groups. During the summer it operates a camp program for young people. During the school year an outdoor education program serves the needs of schools from throughout the region. The camp’s facilities are also available for use by churches or other not-for-profit organizations through its retreat ministry program. Camp Wesley Woods also offers a variety of special faith based programs through its Christian Education program.
