The River House Outdoor Center (RHOC) is home to the City of Eugene’s well-loved and respected Outdoor Program, offering a wide array of adventurous recreation opportunities to citizens since 1966. Throughout its evolution, the RHOC has stayed true to its mission “to inspire a lifelong passion to imagine, explore, learn, grow and contribute”, working to make the outdoors accessible to the public, promoting stewardship of our natural places, and facilitating personal and community growth. The RHOC is part of the Recreation Division of the City’s Library, Recreation and Cultural Services (LRCS) Department.
