ExperienceWorks provides customized experiential school field trips at our Lookout Mountain Camp locations in the fall and the spring. We are hiring field team leaders immediately for spring 2002. Duties will include hiking, team building games and initiatives with small groups, helping facilitate whole group activities, leading hands-on classes in different curriculum areas and helping with other aspects of the camp program. Typical programs run four days and three nights. Team leaders do not supervise cabins. We also operate Camp X Works, a boys and girls summer camp and provide corporate team building, faculty and staff development year round on site or at the client’s site. We operate Mountain Grove at Cloudland Bed & Breakfast/Retreat Center. Our headquarters is in Cloudland, Georgia and we use sites primarily here and in Mentone, Alabama both atop Lookout Mountain which has long been the traditional home of summer camping. There are beautiful state and national parks and preserves nearby, worldclass caving, as well as rockclimbing and rappelling sites nearby. One and a half hours from either Atlanta or Birmingham, just 45 mins South of Chattanooga, TN. Pay is usually $70 per day, DOE and benefits include housing, meals during program times, worker’s compensation and the company of fine outdoor professionals in this beautiful natural setting. Many lesson plans are on file but we welcome your ideas for classes and activities.
