Frost Valley YMCA is a values-driven organization that fosters youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility through outdoor educational and recreational programs for all.

Frost Valley YMCA’s adventure programs are all about character building, challenging yourself, and making lasting friendships whether on an adventure trip to beautiful and awe inspiring places around the U.S. or on a service trip, experiencing first hand the difference you can make.

From these new experiences, campers discover in themselves newfound confidence and strength. They learn how to trust in themselves, and each other, as they work together to explore, problem-solve, and achieve common goals. An empowering experience for all!

Frost Valley runs year-round programs throughout the school year, including Environmental Education and Outdoor Education for school students off all ages. We work with a very diverse population covering the greater New York City, Long Island, Northern New Jersey and upstate New York. Our year-round programs also include opportunities to work with families and groups of all types – girl and boy scout groups, college groups, adult groups, families, church groups, community groups, etc. We have a focus on providing programming opportunities to build connections and awareness of self, community and the natural world.
