Kayak Adventures is a small, environmentally and educationally focused sea kayaking company, based in Seward, Alaska.  We typically employ 10 – 11 sea kayaking guides & one Logistics Coordinator each summer season. We run half-day, full-day, and multi-day sea kayaking trips in Resurrection Bay and Kenai Fjords National Park. We focus on having a supportive, open and engaging company culture while inspiring our guests to reclaim an active stewardship of the natural world through our educational tours. Seward is one of Alaska’s premier adventure towns, with incredible hiking, biking, and running trails easily accessible from our front door. The Kenai Fjords National Park (where we run the majority of our tours) is one of the most productive marine ecosystems in the world during the summer. This place provides our guides with amazing opportunities to facilitate important, transformative outdoor experiences for our guests.

Our company culture is deeply rooted in our personal core values and desire to share and protect the natural world. We believe that our business profit is secondary to: the safety & education of our guests, the health of the wilderness environment we enjoy & the health and safety of the wildlife we visit. Therefore we seek a clientele that desires information and education, rather than just access to wildlife and wilderness areas. We also focus on conservation and donate thousands of dollars every year to Alaska non-profits through our program: Kayak. Pick. Give. (Last year we donated over $10,000!) Our tours are educational based, focus on environmental preservation and Leave-No-Trace practices. Our goal is to inspire guests to join us in reclaiming an active stewardship of our natural world!
