Bryn Mawr is home to approximately 340 campers (ages 7 to 15) and 180 staff. All of our girls are full-season campers who attend a seven-week session. Our philosophy is based on four core values- Loyalty, Beauty, Merit and Comradeship-  which we believe helps to empower girls, build their self esteem and encourage personal growth. In order to accomplish the goals we set for our campers, we rely on a staff of enthusiastic, motivated and skilled women and men who love camp, enjoy working with girls and young women, and have knowledge they want to share. Our counselors are college students, educators, athletes, artists, performers and youth workers age 19 or older. They come from a variety of states, countries and fields of study, but they have at least two things in common: they love children, and they love a challenge!
