Museum of Northern Arizona

Updated: January 26, 2006

The mission of the Museum of Northern Arizona is to inspire a sense of love and responsibility for the beauty and diversity of the Colorado Plateau through collecting, studying, interpreting, and preserving the region?s natural and cultural heritage.
Ventures groups are small to allow maximum interaction between participants and trip leaders. Early reservations are advised because many trips fill quickly. The Museum is often able to repeat popular programs on alternate dates when a waiting list develops.
MNA’s Discovery Program is a unique, community-based experiential learning program. A variety of choices provide exciting, hands-on opportunities to learn about the Colorado Plateau’s unique artistic traditions, natural sciences, Native cultures, and ecological diversity.
