National Ability Center

The National Ability Center is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that has united around a collective vision to inspire individual achievement and create a global impact for people of all abilities. A fundamental aspiration of the National Ability Center is to provide high-quality, inclusive programs to individuals and families of all abilities and backgrounds, including those in need.

The National Ability Center is based in Park City, Utah and offers programs in Park City, Salt Lake City its surrounding areas and Moab.

At the National Ability Center, people are our most important asset. We promote an environment that facilitates individual and team development while providing opportunities to challenge and advance the goals of our staff while also furthering collective organization goals.

Our staff is well-educated, with years of experience, professional training, and certifications. Instructors with disabilities serve in many aspects of the programs and act as role models for our participants. In addition, our professional staff is augmented with interns from university therapeutic recreation and special education programs as well as adult and peer partners who attend experiential training clinics about proper use and maintenance of adaptive equipment and topics relating to individuals with disabilities.
