The Team Development Center is located on a 900 acre property hidden in the San Gorgonio Mountains just miles north of the 10 freeway and minutes east of Riverside, CA. Under the head company of Highland Springs Resort an eco-friendly and earth concious resort, our company works in conjunction with 123 Farm that cultivates organic, CCOF certified herbs distilling oils and hydrosols on property. Also on site is our Camp Highland Outdoor Science School that provides growth of students by working together to set goals in the extension of the classroom and provide the most effective learning available.
