Three Springs, Inc. operates outdoor treatment programs for teenagers with behavioral and emotional problems. We have been in operation since 1985 and now operate 23 programs throughout the Southeastern USA. Our outdoor programs are located in Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. We are currently hiring for Youth Counselors. This position is an entry-level, live-in position with 12 days off per month. Most Counselors work 4-5 days on and then 2-3 days off. Youth Counselors start at $23,700 and can advance through our career ladder. Most Counselors can move into a Supervisory position within a year and a half and Supervisors start at $27,000 year.
