WCE is a UK based organization specializing in providing personal development training for young adults. With 17 years of experience, WCE sends an average of 3,000 students per year, to over 35 destinations all over the world.

Team Challenge Program
Team Challenge is an educational program for high school students. Participants plan, raise the funds for, and ultimately lead their own 4-week expedition in an exciting destination. This program provides a unique opportunity for young people to develop life skills such as leadership, decision making, teamwork, communication and money management.
