YMCA Camp Hi-Rock is a sleepaway camp located in the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts. In addition to our traditional overnight and day camp programs, we offer multi-day outdoor leadership trips. Through our programs we emphasize both skill building and social emotional development. Our standard overnight  programs include activities such as ropes course, climbing, kayaking, sailing, hiking, outdoor skills, orienteering, swimming, and water skiing. Our outdoor leadership program offers 5-day backpacking and climbing trips. We are lucky enough to be located adjacent to the Appalachian trail on a 1,000 acre property which features a beautiful private lake. Each year we look for passionate and skilled individuals who are looking to be a mentor to children, live in a beautiful place for the summer, and work with other incredible young people from all over the world.
