AMTP offers long-term support to youth and families as they face critical life and developmental transitions. It is a non-profit prevention program operating throughout central New Hampshire. Youth and families who are over-stressed by difficult economic and physical conditions often must struggle to achieve basic life goals such as economic security, social success, and physical/emotional health. The goal of the AMTP is to expand options and resources to youth and families so that these barriers do not result in negative life outcomes. The AMTP response to the issues and concerns of area youth occurs on five levels: individual, family, peers, school and community.
