Nature’s Classroom is an Outdoor Education program that serves thousands of elementary and middle school students from across New England each spring and fall. We are committed to providing outstanding outdoor experiences to students, visiting teacher, and staff!
Our residential and at-school programs focus on social and emotional learning, science and engineering skills, and adventure education. The hands-on lessons focus on building critical thinking skills and exploring the connections between the natural and human-made world. Some of our favorite activities include wilderness survival, wood carving, aquatic biology, science fair, and outdoor cooking! We also facilitate team building (initiatives and low ropes) to develop students’ leadership and problem-solving skills.
We have 6 beautiful with varying landscapes that include the mountains of New Hampshire, the shores of Cape Cod, and the forests of Western Connecticut, just to name a few!
